Colette Patterns is open for business!

colette patterns booklet

Friends, I am thrilled to announce that the Spring collection of sewing patterns is now available for purchase!

I think you will all really love what we’ve done. Each sewing pattern is packaged up in a pretty little booklet with a linen-textured cover, a singer-stitched binding, and handy pocket for your pattern. They also have a glossary section for sewing terms, and special section just for you to keep your own notes.

Plus 5% of all of the profits go to animal welfare organizations. Right now, we are donating to Alley Cat Allies, whose mission is to protect the lives of our country’s cats.

So take a look and get ready for your next sewing project!

I especially would like to thank everyone out there who has been so supportive of Colette Patterns, from other bloggers/friends/pattern testers to my dear partner in crime. I am astonished at how awesome people have been, and the unending support of other creative women. It’s a real blessing.

Congratulations on the line! The booklets are gorgeous and brilliant – what a great idea! I especially love the sewn binding. I hope your patterns sell out the first week and hopefully one of them (the skirt!) can come my way after I finish up with finals here.

These are amazing–totally inline with my vintage-inspired taste! (You can thank Melissa for posting about these on PatternReview–I hadn’t heard about them before.) I’m ordering the Parfait dress to start.

Hurrah!! I think I’d have to start with the Chantilly. Now finding the right fabric will be an adventure though.

Sarai,
Congratulations…your designs and packaging are absolutely brilliant. I made the Chantilly as a pattern tester and can’t wait to make the Beignet next. And it’s been so much fun to see your business come to fruition. You make it look so easy!

Warmest wishes and happy opening!

Congrats! I love the Parfait (well, they’re all gorgeous, but I particularly love the Parfait) and might just have to save up for it!

I just ordered 3 of your patterns this morning and I’m so excited to get them. I just love your designs. I actually came across them by chance. I found them through the pounce feature on Etsy. Serendipitous? I think so! I’ll be sure to let you know how they work for me if you’d like.
xoxo

Found you lovely Sarai thru Indie Fixx…your site is scrumptious and I do hope when I order and try to make a gown that my sewing machine doesn’t fight me!!

Looks to me that this is a pattern I am willing to fight with!

Brightest Blessings!

Love your new sunback dress patterns. Haven’t seen dresses look this nice in ages. Are you going to design a niffy little jacket to go with the dresses? The AC in so many places in the summer is so cold that something is needed for the shoulders and arms. Then taken off when going outside. I think a sweater downgrades a wonderful design.
What are your thoughts on this?
