It’s time for another reader survey!
This time, I’d like to learn more about you, your personal style, and also get your feedback specifically on the blog. I have my own ideas, but I’m really curious to hear your thoughts on how we can improve the blog. To say thank you, I’m offering a coupon for 20% off when you complete the survey. The survey will only be open today and tomorrow (Friday).
The survey should take about 5 minutes. At the end, you’ll be asked to enter your email. On Saturday, I will send out an email with your 20% off coupon. Your email won’t be used for anything unrelated to this survey and coupon.

Yea, the google docs permissions are set so that you have to log in as Colette Patterns in order to access the survey. :)
Colette Patterns as the username? Do you know what to use for the password?

Love the idea of the survey and the 20% off coupon, but can’t seem to login to complete the survey. I’ve purchased from Colette Patterns before and subscribe to the blog, but have never been asked to set up an account.

Hmm, you might try restarting your browser or clearing your cache. It seems to be working in general.
I filled out the survey, but never received an email for the 20% coupon…
Lindsay, I’m guessing you missed this in the post above… the coupons all go out Saturday (today).
The coupons have just been emailed out!
However, there were about four people who entered incomplete email addresses (no domain name, just the first part of their email).
